About Us

Macon Behavioral Health Treatment Center provides a full array of mental health, substance abuse and behavioral health care program services to both children and adolescents from ages 5-17. The center takes a comprehensive approach to the development of quality behavioral health care programs and services combining a multitude of capability and resources intended to achieve high quality, cost-effective and consumer driven programming for children and adolescents facing diverse challenges. Youth are grouped according to age, developmental level and individual needs.

Treatment programs are built upon the belief that all youth can lead more meaningful, hopeful and productive lives full of greater happiness and potential. Each youth is unique. The programs philosophy promotes the understanding that youth thrive in a bright, colorful, culturally enriched, educational, stimulating, safe and nurturing environments. Youth and families are treated with the utmost dignity and respect. Their overall personal health, safety and well-being are of the utmost importance.
